Even though i am still considered a teenager, I don't feel like one. I'm 18 now so technically I have 2 more years in my teens, but I feel much more mature than I was when I was 12 or 13. I remember thinking that life was so hard. Like every other teen out there I was confused and not really sure why. I didn't really know who I was in the world. Hamlet also struggles with his identity.
I was never depressed or anything like that, but a lot of teens are. It is unfortunate but some teens even contemplate suicide like Hamlet did in the "To be or not to be..." soliloquy. Sometimes the pressures of life just get to be too much for some.
