Indoor GPS???

This is off topic but thought it was cool. They have now come out with a way to locate where you are inside a room? How cool is that? Will it be possible to be navigated through buildings in the future so that you can get where you want? For example, your looking for a store in the mall, you can just search it up on your mobile phones new app that allows you to navigate indoors. I think this technology still has a long way to go and a lot of refining. Will this mean that people can begin to be monitored with exact position?
