Why don't anyone's blog entries have anything to do with theater?

One of the most impressive objects in the universe is, in my opinion the neutron star. After a star with around 1.5 solar masses goes supernova, the core is compressed with such pressure, that the electrons in its individual atoms are forced inwards, combining with the protons they are orbiting, causing them to decay into neutrons. this leaves a shell of pure neurons so dense that a mass greater then that of the sun occupies an area smaller than manhattan.

Some facts about neutron stars:
-If a baseball sized piece of a neutron star was brought to earth and was dropped from someone's hand, it would fall through the entire earth and come out the other side.
-No one knows whats in the center of a neuron star. Some think it could be composed of "strange matter": unstable particles that under most conditions decay instantly.
-A neutron star can rotate hundreds of times per second. Some physicists believe that due to its high mass, a neuron star could theoretically warp space-time in such a way that it could be used as a time machine.
