writing paper

Writing papers is a big pain for me. And the longer I put it off, the more it's going to hurt so that I have my method to write a paper with five pages or more as soon as possible.
As my teacher said, the best way to write a solid paper is to get organized. I used to get impatient with this because it seems to have less priority than actually writing the essay. But now, I think that organizing first will save me a lot of time in the end, especially if my essays tend to lack a cohesive structure.
For instance, after I have a specific idea of what I want to talk about, I will open a new Word document and write down my topic, introduction, conclusion and then the points I want to make. Then I will rearrange my points in the order that makes the best sense. Each point should lead logically to the next in order to build my argument. And the most difficult parts occur, which are details. When I work on my detail part, I am always searching on the Internet to read something related to my points and think about experiences around me. Now, I can have a nice, specific outline to work from.
Everyone has their own method to create their papers. As an non-native speaker, I cannot write paper in English literarily as my first language but I will try my best to make it fluent, logical and cohesive.
