Some adults are quick to get offended and it is funny that they feel mad or feel that they are being disrespected when that is not the case. For example, If your body slightly brushes the side of another person walking…it is unlikely that the person did it intentionally or for the purpose of offending/insulting a random person. Some people do perceive unintentional slight body contact as a sign of disrespect. I think that for someone to even be offended and look angry just because someone else walking by in a crowded space slightly brushes by another is silly.
Those type of people remind me of kids in junior high when they get offended/feel disrespected if someone else bumps into them in those crowded hallways of junior high schools.
I encountered someone in the subway who seemed to be very angry just because he was being bumped slightly by other people during the train ride. It was sort of funny because everyone else was squished from all sides and bumping past each other as people entered and left in every station and he seemed very angry that people rushed and brushed past him when entering and leaving the train. I know that some people are ignorant and stupid because they walk past you and even brush by as if he/she had just pushed you or bumped into you with unnecessary force and wants you to get out of the way when it is obvious that the train is packed
