RUR

In the play RUR, it is about a world that has robots everywhere to do the work for human beings. This world seems like an utopia as the robot does everything for the human, everything is cheaper because there is no wages as the robot does the work, etc. At the end the robot kills everyone and takes over the world.

This play can be a foreshadow to what can happen in the future. Everyday there is news about how technology have advanced and new technology developing. In Japan, scientists have made a robot that looks and sounds like a human being. The robot even can do different facial expressions and do human reactions also. As time moves on, technology will get better and I can picture a world like the movie I-Robot starring Will Smith. It is scary how movies such as I-Robot can actually happen and maybe robots can and will take over the world. I hope we won't have to rely on robots so much so a day where robots will take over the world will never happen but anything can happen.
