Thanksgiving and Family

I have such different views of giving thanks these days than I did years ago. These days I just thank god everyday I can for the beautiful and wonderful things in my life. I have so many good things, and it's sad that I don't see family as one of them. My family is what I make of it these days, my boyfriend's family has become my family. My mom is a great mom and I am grateful for her. Between her, my niece, nephew and brother my family is pretty damned small comparably. All I can say is that I'm thankful for everything I have.
