I enjoyed the show very much. I never knew how talented the students in our class were until today. Their acting caught me off guard and I could not believe how remarkable they were. I wish I had the talent to act as well as they did. The cast did a couple of scenes but my favorite was Hamlet's soliloquy. He showed so much passion and emotion being the only one on stage. Ophelia was in the background but was not speaking. He used his hands and many body gestures to interact with the audience. The way that he yelled at Ophelia when she approached him was very well played out.
The lady who played Ophelia was also very good and very convincing. The scene where she is shaking and shivering constantly made her look crazy which is what she was trying to portray. I like the way that there was two scenes going on at once. There was the scene with Hamlet and Horatio in the graveyard talking about Yorrick's skull while right next to them is Ophelia and Gertrude talking about her problems. Even though I had to look back and forth between the two scenes I understood everything and it was the least bit confusing.
