Shoud I get a mac?

So black Friday is coming and I don’t know if I should get a macbook or not. I mean its $1000 !! like seriously why is it $1000 is it gonna do my homework for me or something or even write my blogs. But anyways I find the mac such an attractive computer its clean sleek look is what gets everyone. But I also heard the macs operating system is twice of what windows is which is probably the major difference. But still a lot of people buy it because of the hype. Hmmm I still have time I could save up enough money to but I don’t know I am always indecisive with things like this.
