Since this Hamlet sounds like it has a modern twist I was picturing maybe a white sleeveless top with a just below the knee skirt, form fitting with a black belt or sash tying the two parts together.
I was also thinking since the costume is probably not going to come out as the drawings I've made, I can make final renderings and put them up on the walls as pieces of art like at a gallery, just as something people can look at upon entering the space.
