The Tank

Although I have been living in the city ever since I was born.. I'm embarrassed to say I am not familiar to the MTA when it comes to taking subways. I've always gotten lost all the time and I always question myself whether I am heading uptown or downtown. I was driven to The Tank and got there right at 3 but when we were leaving The Tank, I was having trouble figuring out where to go and which side I was suppose to head to to find the nearest train station--definitely made me feel like a damn tourist. I've eventually hit to Time Square and though I've been at Time Square multiple times, I was still having trouble figuring out where the train station was located at... its sad.. but i had to end up going up to two cops asking for directions. I've never got along with cops before... but i really had no choice but to walk up to them and ask them "Sir, wheres the nearby B D train?" All I got from them was a shrug and a dumbass reply "I don't know..." I rolled my eyes and replied "forget it.. ill search myself" and walked away... I felt as if the cops were more useless than I was... Long story short... though I was having a difficult time finding my way back to Manhattan and dealing with useless cops, it was definitely a great experience to show up at The Tank... I've honestly never been to any of these shows other than those Broadway shows "Passing Strange".
