The work forces from the 3rd countries have to stand all of these bad conditions because they do not have any force to refuse it. If they refuse or disobey the companies, they will lose their jobs. There are many work forces that do not have a job, so the companies have a lot of chances to hire any work forces. In other words, only the companies or employers have the power, and employees, especially from the 3rd countries, do not have any power to insist their right as a human. That is the negative side of the free market economy system.
Due to this negative side, there is opposite argument about the free market economy system. The Government is able to cover the market failures by investing in public facilities. It has enough capacity to make an investment in many public establishments such as public schools, public hospitals, national library, road, and park. So there is a necessity of the role of government to solve these problems. According to Conte and Carr, they say “while consumers and producers make most decisions that mold the economy, government activities have a powerful effect on the U.S. economy in at least four areas.” In his statement, the four areas are stabilization, growth, regulation, and control.
