The (Game) Situation

There was a controversy during class a couple of days ago about whether it was fair or not that Team A hacked the blogger site in order to win "the game". There was a whole argument and a lot of tension in the classroom. The situation got me thinking a lot about karma and the fairness in life. Personally, I felt like in reality everyone is going to come across people who are not very fair and will do whatever it takes to win including cheating. Now, I wouldn't necessarily call hacking this blog site cheating, because there were no rules against it. I was in Team B but I thought that Team A's little scheme was all fair in game and Team B can't actually be mad at them for doing what they did.

HOWEVER, I feel like this was a mini lesson on life. What comes around, goes around. If you do something that is dishonest, karma will come back at you and bite you in the butt. I believe in if you do something good you will be rewarded, and if you do something bad you will receive bad luck in exchange. And that's exactly what had happened. Team B played by the rules, fair and square, and was rewarded by winning. Team A played by the rules but however were not very fair and lost as a result. So to sum it all up, the bad guys never win. :)
