An Idea!

So we are supposed to come up with ideas for our final project concerning Hamlet. Anything can go, and most of the students wanted to do a modern version of Hamlet or translate Shakespeare's language to a much more simplified version. Some also suggested that we project scenes onto the background while performing scenes from Hamlet so it becomes like a scene within a scene. There are many ways that we can analyze the play or alter the play itself. I think it would be interesting if we were to actually change the character that is killed but keep the same characteristics of the other characters. So instead of Hamlet's father being killed instead if Gertrude was killed instead, how would the play play out.
