Roswetha Talk... and Gender

So roswetha really confused me. It left me thinking about gender differences and the issues that come along with it, especially in a patriorical society. The relationship between men and women is confusing and maybe thats why the play comes along as confusing.

So out of boredom I decided to google gender differences and see what makes me and women so different besides the x and y chromosomes.

Big differences in the brains of men and women come from the way they do math and more accurately how they estimate time, judge speed of things, carry out mental mathematical calculations, orient in space and visualize objects in three dimensions. Men are "better" in this aspect.

Women have their advantages as well and that comes in the form of human relations, recognizing emotional overtones in others and in language, emotional and artistic expressiveness, esthetic appreciation, verbal language and carrying out detailed and pre-planned tasks. This makes women "better" on the "social" side.

These are most likely based on evolution. Men where made to hunt and gather. And to hunt and gather one needs to be able to be logical as well as be able to judge speeds of things and visualize moving prey in three dimensions. While women needed to work together and raise children and both of these need certain social abilities.
