Abortions

One thing that I have never understood and never will is how women can have abortions. I am completely against it and I always will be. Having an abortion is the same thing as killing a child. I dont care if according to the government a baby isnt considered a person until it is out of the mother. Even when the baby is in the mothers womb, it can feel things which includes pain. There are so many women who have abortions because they werent careful and got pregnant by accident. I think that if you think you are enough of an adult to have sex, then you are adult enough to deal with the consequences of it and not take the easy way out. Do you have any idea how many women in the world want to have a baby and arent able to. While these women are suffering and longing for what they cant have, others are going out and having possibly multiple abortions in their lives. If a woman is pregnant and she knows that she isnt going to want the baby then she should just have the baby and give it up for adoption and let someone who wants a baby to raise it.

Some people who I talk to about this say "Oh but what if the woman was raped?" I understand that unfortunately this happens to some people and I would never wish it on anyone. But after this happens to a woman, there is nothing stopping her from taking a plan B pill to prevent the pregnancy. Most women would go to the hospital after this happens and in the hospital itself they provide it for you.

Overall I believe that women who get abortions are just cowards who dont have a heart or a soul. I would never have an abortion done because for one, I would never let myself become pregnant if I wasn't ready. But if it ever did happen for some reason I would either have the baby and be the best mother I could possibly be, or if I knew I wasnt ready for it I would make sure that the baby went with someone who I knew would love and take care of it like it deserves.
