One of my friends eats carrots when she got angry. She called carrot as her ‘angry food.’ I have also angry food eating when I got stressed. I want to eat crunchy things such as pretzel, nachos, and crackers, when I got stressed. When I bite these things, I can hear the crispy sound. It makes me feel better while eating. And I think I’m kind of addicted at salty things. Sweet things can be someone’s angry food. What’s your angry food?
