Kyoto protocol

There were conlicts among developed countries and developing countries but it entered into force n February of 2005. 187 countries are following it and 38 countries should reduce greenhouse gas. Rio environmental Agreement is about effort to prevent global warming and Kyoto protocol is about who, how much, how to reduce the use of those elements. Those 38 countries should reduce the use of greenhouse as 5.2 % of 1990s from 2008 to 2010. From 2013 to 2017, developed countries will be focused to be in duty of it as well. So there will be more countries to execute the treaty. But the U.S which releases carbon dioxide 28% of the use of the world, seceded from it in 2001 to protect their industries.
