Rio Environmental Agreement

It was signed in Brazil in 1992 of June. 192 countries are involved in this agreement. Its purpose is to prevent global warming. It was contantly discussed when scientists warned global warming. The main elements that destroy ozone layer discussed in this treaty were carbon dioxide, methane, nd nitrogen dioxide. This greaty aimes that for protection of ozone layer, countries that release a lot of these elements should be responsibl for it so that there would be environmnetal friendly products valued more and nature to be preserved. But countries like China and the U.S which are number one and two countries that release carbon dioxide most have not accept this treaty so there are not really practical effects. It should be fixed soon for better results.
