Training my co-worker

Tomorrow I get to train a fellow co-worker to do my job. I am looking forward to it because I find him to be a good worker and by training him I will show my bosses that I am worthy of a manager position. Also in me training him I will lessen my workload because one more person will be able body and be able to contribute at the workplace. He's a bit older then me which isn't a problem I just find it interesting that we are at a time in age where younger people can educate older people about the technology that is developing in the work place. Our generation definitely take for granted our abillity to be tech savvy. A simple thing like making out an email or printing a pdf attachment has become a necessity in the professional world and knowing how to use Microsoft to its extent is a worthy skill. Being computer savvy along with being able to use technology to better equip you for the job is a mandatory skill it seems. I know that my co-worker will be able to adapt quickly so I am not overly concerned. Well off to finish a few more things and hopefully before i retire for the night I'll cap off my THR 104 experience with my final blog. Later guys. Be well.
