Have you seen the movie, MONSTER?

With Charlize Theron? GREAT MOVIE
Dude, the turbulent story of Wuornos’ killing spree wouldn’t have been as chaotic if it were to take place any other place but central Florida. So many gritty films that take place in central Florida. Florida not only helped Wuornos become a more vicious killer, it also helped actress Charliz Theron prepare for her role as Wuornos in the film Monster.
Patty Jenkin’s Monster is more gripping and powerful than the documentaries of Aileen Wuornos. Theron’s performance was the highlight of the film. Theron’s portrayal of the serial killer was so startling, and so real, the fictional movie is more accurate than the documentaries in which Wuornos is the central subject. Unlike the documentaries, Monster captures Wuornos during each of her murders. The fictional movie also emphasizes the relationship between Aileen and her lover, Selby. The film illustrates how the two met, how they formed their relationship, and the fights that occur during their relationship. The documentaries merely reveal Wuornos’ life after she became a well known-figure. They center primarily around Wuornos during her time on Death Row. The film is a more complex portrait of the life of a serial killer.
