Can someone be smarter? And I'm not taking about IQ... if you compare two people with an IQ of at least 90 and in the same age bracket you cannot say one personal is more intelligent. It doesn't matter if one person went to college and the other person did not. I really think this is true. No one knows anything.. sorry if you thought you did. So even if you compare those two people they won't know the exact same stuff. So one person will know something the other will not so technically the "test" is inconclusive. Does knowing calculus make you more intelligent than someone that knows html. If you stick that calculus person in front of a computer and you tell them to write html they'll probably sit there and scratch their head. The same thing applies for the html person and calculus. Or calculus and raising children... the list goes on and on. I don't think it's possible to compare people like that. Especially as people get older they have more experiences and learn different things. That's why some universities give life experience credits.
I really hate the term smarter or more intelligent or anything that means the same thing. I know I can teach someone older than me something they do not know, and I know they can teach me something in return. So technically there's no difference in intelligence.
