Need a work order again!!!

Every student in Stony Brook who live on campus must experience the same thing when they first get into their assigned dorm room. There always have broken furniture, not functioning light ball, dirty carpet...
This year I am living in the west apartment. My room "looks fine" but I just happened to have filed three work orders already ...

First, one of the bathroom's light ball did not work. Luckily we have two bathrooms.
Secondly, one of the bathtub is blocked...so when you shower, you are actually taking a bath...
Thirdly, the shower head is missing..
Not to mention that my room's paint is peeling off from the wall and my carpet has red and white spots...
Now it came to the heater problem...Whenever I turn it on, it always makes such a loud noise that I could describe as if I am standing under an airplane or next to a bus. Last night I was waken by the noise three times. I could not endure it anymore... My suite mate actually has the same problem too. We can hear each others' heater's noise from out own room...

Whose faults are they? The University or the students? I think both. First, the University should be holding responsibility to ensure students are living in a comfortable environment. On the other hand, students should be respect the school properties, do no damages.

Well, I guess I am going to file another work order..Hopefully they could able to fix it. I need a good night of sleep..
