Michael Jackson. The one and only king of pop. He was an iconic figure of his times, debuting as the Jackson 5 and continuing to build his career and fame as an individual. When he passed away in June 2009, I was heartbroken and devastated that one of the greatest musicians came to pass. Although he is no longer here with us, his music lives on in our hearts and his presence is still vivid in our memories. Beat It, Smooth Criminal, Man in the Mirror, Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough, and so much more. Pop music wouldn't be what it is right now without the contributions Michael Jackson made to the business world.
