Are you one of those people who are crazy about Black Friday?

I heard that some guy was waiting 17hours outside of Best Buy and couldn't buy anything. I didn't buy that until I actually saw the scene of the Selden Best Buy on this Black Friday. I was kinda interested too because I'm looking for a decent netbook. If they giveaway a cute netbook with great spec for about $100, I would willing to wait on the craziest line I've ever seen. But I checked the giveaway list for this year on the internet, but there was no 'great' deal. Nothing attracted me. Not only the best buy, I checked target, walmart, kohls, and everywhere. Tepal cooking set, the only thing I wanted to buy in that lists, was exactly same($50) as last year. Just in case, I went to Best Buy exactly at 5a.m. They opened the door and I went to the store with the people who were waiting whole overnight. As I heard, the first 50 people had the special coupon paper or something. But they threw out what they don't need, so I got all the coupons. There were some numbers on them, so I felt like I got something special. However, on those coupons, there were nothing I wanted to buy. The price wasn't THAT cheap, and items were limited. $400 piano keyboards were on discount, so they were $300 or something. I mean, it's not worth it, isn't it? It was 5am, and there were SO many cars on 347. I don't really understand. Why are those people so crazy about Black Friday? Is there anything special that I don't know?

Camera interactivity

Now this was pretty interesting and funny. Someone wired a surveillance camera to a computer and programmed a motor to control a small curtain that was setup in front of a window. The program will track where the persons location is and have the motor move the curtain in front of the person, basically tracking the location of the person. Thought this was an interesting concept, maybe this will give us some ideas for the project.

Eh, Comfortability is Overrated

But creativity isn't! Shown above are some examples of a series of high-heels created by Kobi Levi, proving yet again that there are absolutely no limits as to what can be considered art. Would anyone actually wear these shoes casually? Perhaps not anyone with a modest sense of humor (or, moreover, anyone who hates attention...), but the uniqueness of the idea and of the design are nonetheless meant to be appreciated. It's easy to stare at, say, a piece of paper and think of the ways you can modify it to make it creative or unique, but to pick something as obscure as footwear to expand upon takes some thinking outside the box. These are the kind of things that inspire me the most in the field of creativity; taking something no one would expect to have value and showing the world its absolute potential in beauty and, in this case, perhaps even humor.

Think rationally, not emotionally

I am kind of a high temper person. I realized again that this personality is not good as I experienced one thing last time. I knew that I couldn’t control myself when I got angry. Last week, I was upset because my friend and I misunderstood each other’s feeling. At first time, I was trying to control my temper, but I was unable to suppress my anger. Finally, I fought with my friend on the phone.

When I got mad, I said whatever I wanted to say even if word was aggressive and it could hurt somebody’s heart. I was usually saying my opinion based on emotion rather than rational thought. I even could not remember what I said after fighting because I just spitted out words without thinking. That’s why my words were unorganized and not even logical. So my friends sometimes asked me ‘So, what’s your point?’ I usually think with my heart before my head. It is sometimes good for me if I want to speak the truth of my heart. However, I realize that it can ruin my relationship with my friends if I keep this temper.
