Calories is important to our body. In order to keep our body healthy, we have to take proper Calories day by day. To do that, we have to watch out our diet and prevent laziness. To be specific, eating fast foods and watching television lying down are two of the worst activities for burning calories. Because if we do that activities, the fat in our body will be accumulated. However, two of the best activities for burning calories are jogging and swimming. Because they require constant, steady actions.
