Cliques

Stony Brook is definitely divided up into cliques. We have the greek life, sports teams, Asians, nerds, and the kids that just go where ever the wind brings them. Most of greek life just mingles with greek life, they all lose there friends that they had before entering greek life. All the athletes like to hang out with there teammates and othe college teams. most of the asians are always with one another in either a small group or large. I dont know if it is rude to call people nerds but they are the group of students that spend the entire day in the library or dormroom at there desk studying all day! Fianlly the students that just go where ever the wind takes them, they are the students that have a little group of friends that are looking for the parties to go to on thursday, friday nights using there connections with the one or two greek life or athlete friends.
