Multiculturalism

These days there are many ethnic groups in the United States because of immigration, studying abroad, and so on. Therefore, it is no wonder that the United States is called ‘Melting pot’. In this situation, each ethnic group form its own attitude and action. In this way, many ethnic groups gather and they form Multiculturalism. Due to large possibility of success in economy and society, many ethnic groups come to the America. Therefore there is strong multiculturalism in this country. Different ethnic groups assemble and try to understand each other. On the other hand, of course there is conflict between different groups. However, the essence of multiculturalism is acceptance the difference, acknowledgment other culture, including many kinds of cultures.
