the stony brook library

For some rason when ever i go to the library and look for the book on their systems the book is said to be in the racks. however when i go to the racks to get the book it not on the racks, the libariran is also always busy and can not find the time to help me. so end trying again in a few days and sometimes i get lucky. on the other had when i have taken a book out of the system i am late to give it back i recieve a good 4 emials...all the library cares about is the money.....does anyone agree?
