I heard that barcode was invented in Stony Brook. Now we use RFID and QR code so the importance of barcode is decreasing. It is weird to say but seeing barcode makes me sad. Everytime I see barcodes, this reminds me of poor cashiers. My mom busts her ass working as a cashiers to support me. Everytime I see barcode I also think of my mom. I know it's weird but barcode certainly makes me emotional.
