Deaths in Hamlet

There are too many deaths in Hamlet. I think this is the most forceful way for the author to express his feelings. Some of these deaths are impressive.

The former king's death. He was poisoned in the ear by his brother. One thing Shakespeare always surprised me is the ways of death, usually poetic and beautiful. Anyway, his death means he is too confident that doesn't have a wariness for the wicked brother. What interesting is that his soul doesn't die, but stay in the palace because he wants to tell people the truth.

Ophelia is dead, because of the durance of love and family. She loves Hamlet, but the one kills her father and "becomes insane". Even though she can stand the curses without reason, but she cannot avoid people's view and father's warn. The woman is the "Miss Deference", and the characteristics result in lossing herself. Maybe death is the best ending for her.

The King died, from his poisonous sword, his cruel fraud which suppose to end Hamlet's life. Hamlet was too kind that not killing him, but he finally decide to kill him because too many people were dead of him. Then, everything ends.

Hamlet himself died. He ended all the things that oppose morality. He actually loves his parents, watching their previous happiness and hoping he and Ophelia will be like them someday, but when everything changes, his faith was waved, and he lost. He is a hero because he avenged his father, but he is also a sinner because so many innocent people are dead for him. He doesn't know who he is, so he chose the poison.

To be or not to be, that is a question for everyone...
