Foldit

When I heard of Foldit in class and how it's all about folding proteins, I didn't expect much. I mean, folding proteins? - how and why would you do that? So while I was waiting for the installer to download, I read the "Science behind it" page. It was interesting that it was made for the general public to play with, and in doing so might help with scientific research.

It's not that hard since all you need to do is create the type of fold that will garner the most points. It gets better towards the end of the intro puzzles because the Actions and Undo tab give you more features on moving the proteins. The best Action feature I like? Definitely the Wiggle.
