Jump rope is one of the best cardio excerise. It is said that if one does 1000 a day, then one would be extremely fit. When I was younger, I used to do about 500 a day. Somehow, I think that has helped me alot, because, it has kept me fit and limber. This has helped me in multiple sports like soccer and football. Somehow if you think about it, such a simple item is such a great invention. So I think that simplicity also contributes to results, so for future reference, one should keep that in mind for progress.
