Prisoners Dilemma

I am thankful that I have never been in the situation that I had to make a choice on this dilemma. But I agree with you in your Miranda rights the first thing stated is “you have the right to remain silent”. But one of the big issues with the Miranda rights is that the police don’t read them to you unless you are under arrest. When sitting in an interrogation room, a lot can be going through your head. But remember snitches get stitches, or so I hear
