Projectors and Surgery

So i did some googling of the implications of projectors during surgery and practicing for surgery and i didnt find exactly what i was looking for i did find one link that used projectors to project onto the white gown of the patient which displayed the patients vitals right in front of the surgeon as he did the surgery. But this projector system is about 10 years old now. The other cool technology i found was OLED screens which is a paper thing screen that emits its own light forming images or something along those lines. It is suppose to be the future of TV but with a paper thing flexible screen the possibilities are endless.
