Random Rant (Part 1)

Autumn is starting and Winter is approaching quickly. Especially with all of my classes and studying and other things taking up most of my time. Is it possible for someone to last with only 6 hours of sleep every Monday - Friday nights? Not even caffeine can make me fully awake besides a good 8 hours of sleep everyday. But alas, the sleeping hours of a busy college student is never perfect.

Its getting harder and harder for me to wake up in the mornings, especially for morning devotions with my friends. I made it one of my goals for this semester to wake up at 6:30am in time for morning devotion at 7am for 30 days straight. (Not including Saturdays and Sundays. And if you haven't noticed from me mentioning morning devotions, yes, I am a Christian. And I'm proud of it.) But of course... This is somewhat impossible for me. I already missed four days (not in a row). I restarted the count three times so far, unfortunately. So starting from tomorrow morning, the count is back to Day 1. If I wake up, that is.

It's getting colder and colder in the mornings. Is it just me, or is it really hard to get out of bed when you wake up cold? It's not like my blanket is warm enough to block of the cold... I actually have like, four layers on top of me when I go to sleep. One blanket, two thin, fleece blankets, and one small, square-ish blanket that I can fold and zipper up into a cushion in the shape of a panda. I'm pretty warm when I go to sleep... but of course, who doesn't move around a little bit in their sleep?

My roommate last year used to tell me that I sleep like a zombie. Sometimes even a rock. +.+
She would throw her pillows and cushions at me to wake me up, because I would sleep through my alarm. All 3 times. =.=;;

Oh geez. I'm doing it again this semester. But my roommate this year isn't as helpful as my last roommate. All she does is call my name out, and goes back to sleep. My ex-roommate used to make sure that I got out of bed in time for my classes or some other commitments and I would do the same for her. My new roommate just goes back to sleep. -______- And when I'm out already, she wakes up. When I get back into the room, she is already ready for class and just chilling until it starts.
Thanks a lot, roomie.
