Okay... This is somewhat of a random question/scenario.
Is it odd for a guy to get upset about not seeing a female friend for a long amount of time?
I have this friend, whom we will call CS, that I was really close to during Freshman year. We hung out almost every day and we were seen together so many times that people started to think that we were dating. But this semester, I busier than ever and I've started to get closer to my friends from my Korean Christian Fellowship club.
Every time CS tried to make plans with me this semester, I was busy either studying or because of already made commitments/plans. I keep hearing from one of our close friends that he misses me a lot and was excited to see me again after not seeing me for three months. I mean, I miss him too, but I'm just so busy. And the only reason why I "hang out" with my KCF friends is because they just study at the library as much as I do. And I really cannot study with CS. His studying habits and my studying habits don't match up quite right. I know this for a fact because of the many nights that we have stayed up until 3am trying to do our Chemistry online quizzes... We would waste our time talking and him watching his t.v. shows...
I feel really bad about not spending some quality time with him, but there seems to be nothing to talk about with him anymore. Maybe.... maybe he values our friendship more than I do? I don't know... And it's not like we are dating or anything... Right?
I guess some guys are just more sensitive about this than other guys.....
