Second Life experiences

I recently went on Second Life to check it out and see what it was about. I had heard of it before this class but had never signed up an account. When i made my character i made some guy that i named Smityjeggermanjakins or something, just for fun. This place is not that far from the real world however. You still have the guys hitting on the girl characters, people hanging out, stuff like that. the only things that are missing are most of the boring things we have to do in life...you know stuff like tests and work. In this virtual world however you do have the ability to control it more than you do in real life i mean you can fly if you wanted.
