Cigarrette Dealer

Yesterday, I met a guy in front of the library. I was smoking alone. He came up to me and introduced him as a cigarette dealer. He said he sells a pack of Marlboro Light as three dollars, which is normally 10 dollars. People buy many cartons or boxes to get discount and sell them at lower prices than prices in convenient stores. As New York State increases cigarette prices rapidly, this creates a new job. This new job 'Cigarette Dealer' seems to be a job only can be found in New York.
