Grandpa knows best

Hamlet is of course one of the greatest written pieces of all time. But due to its language, it is often difficult to read and scares many people away from actually reading it. By creating some game that simulates the whole play, it can help get people back into old English literature that has been so vital for today’s literature.

As grandpa would say, “kids these days.” Oh boy, grandpa is right. Today, kids want to sit at home and play their video games. Call of Duty and Grand Theft Auto seems to be the way to go, although I personally prefer Call of Duty: Nazi Zombies. What do these games teach us? They teach us killing is good. They teach us that stealing is great. Sex, drugs and alcohol will make their comeback do to these games, if they haven’t already. By making a game based on Hamlet, not only will kids be able to learn, but they will learn while having fun. Reading at times can be boring, but when and interactive game is created (which can contain shooting) it grabs the minds the little ones and takes them on an amazing adventure. The games can bring back literature that is slowly being lost
