I didn't really mind what computer platform I use before I became a Media Art minor. However, as I am getting more deep into editing or creating video or 3D, I'm noticing negative effects Windows. First, it's very unstable when you edit videos or pictures. Windows Movie Maker makes my computer freeze very often. The movie file which I spent 10 hours was just gone while I was editing on Windows Movie Maker. This is really frustrating and makes me want to buy a Mac even though it's over-priced.
