Behind closed doors

In class we talk a little about how things in this day and age are often done in the isolation of our own home. When you think about all the things we have today like the Internet there is less and less reason for people to go out and leave their homes. People can stay in their beds, under the covers and talk to their friends or play a game. However i still feel that meeting with people in person is needed in our society. It's not enough to meet someone on the Internet or talk with them over the phone. When you meet someone in person you gain a physical connection to the person and can relate them to a physical object. In an age where technology is always expanding people will always need some form of socialism whether it be over hte Internet or a physical meeting.
