weird dream

So it's 8 am and I'm not sure why I'm awake so early except that I had the weirdest dreams once again. Maybe it's because I was looking up Jung and Freud before I fell asleep, not exactly people who give you sweet dreams. Part of my dream was me being one of those old school therapists while someone else laid down on a couch and told me all their problems, but it wasn't really me being the therapist. It was as if I was looking through the eyes of someone else, and I don't know who it was. I know whoever it was smoked an old fashioned pipe and wore a tailored suit. It's definitely the first time I've had a dream through a man's perspective.I remember telling the "patient" that he was in love with his mother and that it was a normal psychological cycle but that he had stopped progressing for some reason. I remember feeling so authoritative as if I held all this knowledge and this guy was just some idiot off the street, like how could he not know he was still in the grips of the Oedipis complex? Then the whole dream just faded to a video I saw of the boy who won China's Got Talent, a boy who played the piano beautifully with his feet because he had no arms. I'm not quite sure what any of that means, but it was definitely an interesting experience. However, I don't think I'll be reading about Freud before bed anymore.
