In my last post I explained how our generation is lucky because of the technology available. But how lucky are we really? Sure what we have now is better than what our parents and grandparents had back when they were our age, but what will it be like in the future? Most likely our kids will be asking us, "How did you ever survive without such and such?"
It is strange to think that the most hi-tech equipment today, such as the iphone 4 and the crazy variants of Macbooks out there, will be considered out dated and obsolete in the future. I for one am dreading the day when I cannot fulfill a simple task on some sort of device that my child or grandchild can do with ease. I guess this day will have to come, hopefully not too soon though.
