This past week I drove up to Cortland with a few friends. We left at 8 in the morning and didn't get there until 1 in the afternoon later. Most of the time me and my friends had a lot to talk about, but during the 5 hours that we were in the car a lot of people went to sleep or did there homework. As I was driving, I looked around and saw the beautiful scenery. We were surrounded by mountains for over a hundred miles, and I soon realized that there is the "phi" in nature everywhere. This picture, I made my friend take. The mountains were perfectly surrounding us and it was a 'divine proportion.' Not only did a good shot, but I had something to talk and enlighten to with my friends for a little while!
