Oedipus One More Time

I was outside the union yesterday, enjoying the day, when I heard a guy talking very loudly on the phone to his mother. "Mom you can't do that! What's your problem?!" is all I heard. Now this could've easily been a normal conversation, but considering I was bored, I decided to delve into the other random scenarios that could've evoked that response from him. Then it suddenly hit me! This guy could easily be talking about his mother trying to sleep with him. She was probably seducing him on the phone with her cougar prowess. The poor guy seemed uneasy and somewhat frightened.
How could everything have gone so terribly bad for him? When did his sweet, nurturing mother become this immoral, downright digusting woman? Where did the pieces fit to this cynical puzzle? Could his mother just throw away his father's memory like that? And then I realized, just as easily as it could be this screwed up scenario, it could also be simply that his mother was going into his room and taking something away or something to that extent. Hopefully for this guy it was the latter of the two situations.
