Over Populated

1. It seems as if my university is crowded reason being who knows, may'be it was because of the illegal shut down of stony brook south hampton. Or maybe Stony brook is accepting more people then it round really hold. Whatever it is i feel it is not right that our tuition is getting raised and we live in horrible living conditions. On my side of campus my quad particularly Roosevelt has have to be the slums of stony brook it looks like something out the projects. sometimes we do not have hot water, and they warn us that its going to be turned off the day off. I have already had consecutive black outs in my room, it just doesn't make any sense to me.
   
2. Were paying this money to go to this top research university yes from the outside in it looks like the best place to be but if your looking from the inside you know the real deal. It doesn't make any sense that my first meal at times has to be at 4 oclock because all of the dining areas are over crowded the lines are to long and if you wait you will be late to class so its a lose lose situation. We have numerous problems from bed bugs to ants being in these rooms. Dont even get me started about the classes it is so hard to try and find a class in this school they full up in like 30 seconds some of them have these ridiculous holds on them and some are just over crowded i dont know what stony is trying to do but from a students eyes they are not doing much to ensure that we are happy.
