So I was driving home from school today and there was nothing on the radio. I started flipping through the stations and came across the song Superman(its not easy) by Five for Fighting. I've never been a fan of this song(I've always found it to be rather annoying) but for some reason I left it on.
Some of the lyrics reminded me of Hamlet. There is a line that says "Its not easy to be me." Hamlet is in a difficult situation throughout the whole play and he is conflicted. He probably thinks that its hard to be him right now. Another line is "It's alright, you can sleep sound tonight, I'm not crazy, or anything." This reminds me of people thinking Hamlet has lost his mind.
