Types of Fat People
In this blog I will be looking into why people are fat. There are many reasons for people becoming fat, some of which is due to genetics, and others because of eating too much and not buring it off. I was very skinny througout my life, until I turned 17. By the time I graduated from high school I started to gain weight and become “healthier”. At first I thought I should gain some wieght. Eventually I noticed that I was gaining more than I wanted and expected. My family members have that pattern (skinny when young and getting “fatter” as they get older). I don’t have any obese person in my family but some of us can loose some weight. That pattern has more to do with genetics and slower metabolism than with eating habits and lifestyle.
And then there are people who eat too much or eat food that has lots of calories (fast food) and don’t work out. Again, genetics and other factors still has influence but they are the way they are because some of them choose not to change their eating habits or lifestyle or even because it is cheaper and “faster” to eat fast food and that’s why many peple are like that. There is nothing wrong with people that are considered fat but I am just mentioning some of the possible causes. Then again, there are people who eat lots of food and don’t even work out but don’t become fat. That is due to their high metabolic rate.
In conclusion, there are many factors and reasons for people becoming fat or for not being able to loose weight or even not choosing to loose weight and stay the way they are. Eating habits and lifestyle can be modified to loose or gain weight. Some people gain weight by eating too much and others partly because it has to do with their metabolic rate.
